about us
Our Story
We are a South African brand located in George in the Western Cape. Our designs are inspired by the beautiful flora and fauna of Southern Africa and aims to connect people to nature. Carrying and wearing the colour and beauty of our natural world creates, harmony and peace, but also brings vibrance and life to our everyday existence. Our products create the opportunity to feel good, look good and do good.
Our textile designs are printed by a female owned business in George and our bags and dresses are made by Jessica Malgas and Yolandi Kiewiets of Rethink bags in Dysselsdorp. Their pride in their work ensures the high- quality finishes of our products.
We strongly believe in the power of facilitating creativity. Surviving in the present technologically driven era of artificial Intelligence, requires you to be competitive by finding your strengths, and by creating an inner calm and happiness throughout this creative process. Teaching art and design to young children and adults builds their confidence, creates moments of success and ensures happy individuals.
Our Artblocks, Sketchpads, Journals and Notebooks are designed to put life and colour back in your hands. You can plan, dream, sketch, make notes and write about the good and the bad that life throws your way. Our stationery is printed on high quality paper and bound by hand at a local small business in George.
Our brand aims to create jobs in our communities by promoting and using local businesses for the manufacturing of our products.
Our stationery carries the message of caring for the inner self, our bags caring for the environment and other people, and our dresses caring about beauty, both inner and outer beauty.
My Message
With every Daisy flower comes the wisdom of all the different seasons of my life, the understanding of difficult times, the importance of growing where I am, the power of closing my petals over my centre when darkness falls and the absolute joy of feeling the warmth of the African sun when I dare to open my petals.
Join me on this journey to feel good, look good and do good.
