Lead Time

•   Standard lead time: 3 weeks / 21 days from order confirmation

•   Seasonal variations or custom requests may require additional time

 

Shipping

•   Shipping costs are covered by the buyer

•   We ship via Bobgo, always booking with Courier Guy

•   Tracking and progress updates are provided

•   Local delivery available in George and Blanco

•   Local pickup option also available

 

Payment

•   Accepted methods: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or PayFast

•   Full payment required before dispatch

 

Return Policy

•   Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

•   Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable

•   Buyer covers return shipping costs

•   Refunds or exchanges processed after inspection

•   Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective
